To help us resolve your issue quickly, please submit your complaint using one of the methods below:

What Happens Next?
Once we receive your complaint, we follow a transparent three-step process to ensure a fair resolution:

Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 2 business days.

Investigation: We will thoroughly review the issue, gather all relevant facts, and contact you in writing with a proposed resolution within 10 business days.

Escalation: If you are not completely satisfied with our response, you can escalate the matter externally via the following options:
Issues about conduct
You can contact the Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT)

When you submit your complaint, please provide the following information:

your details, including name, address, email and contact number

details of the motor vehicle driving instructor

an overview of what happened, including the date, time and location

what steps you have taken to try to resolve the complaint.
Issues about business practices
